Standard US shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for $6.95. We process orders in 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging, with no restocking fees. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is paid by you; if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return being received and inspected. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted checkout, and payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists measurements and sizing guidance for every size. Measure your pet and compare: for beds, measure from nose to the base of the tail while they are stretched out, then add a little room. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and included with the product where applicable. Following them helps materials keep their look and shape. Not sure about a specific piece? Ask us before washing.
